I’ve relocated several times over the years between states due to my job. This was my first time securing an online storage unit. I was very reluctant because of too many scammers out there. I needed a storage unit near my new home. I came across West Ridge Self Storage and noticed their high reviews. After checking out their reviews, I drove by to check out the storage unit and location. So far both were positive. I emailed/texted Jason to start asking questions to find out if there was anything questionable or if he was legit. Jason emailed/texted promptly with a local number and everything from there worked out with no issues. I was able to check out the unit before securing it. It was clean and exactly what I needed. Once secured I received a free lock. Bonus😊 That’s never happened in my experience. It’s a good one too, not cheap. I been with West Ridge over a month now back and forth moving items and no concerns. As I was moving items into my storage unit I met the maintenance man , Jared. He was driving around checking on things. He was so kind. Both Jason and Jared are very nice and respectful! I would highly recommend West Ridge Self Storage! ~ Nicole C.“
