Self Storage Facility in Erie, Pennsylvania

Jason is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! He has gone above and beyond to work with me even when my payment was over a month late due to my bank account being hacked (had to wait for a new card and then that one got LOST in the mail and so I had to wait AGAIN…) and he was very kind and patient about the whole situation and even waived the late fee since the situation was completely out of my control and I’ve been a loyal customer and rented a unit from him for over 5 years now! The rent has only ever increased once in that whole time, as well (unlike my lot rent for my actual home, which increases by a ridiculous amount every single January for very little to no reason!!!) and I feel like that is very rare and honestly like a breath of fresh air in this day and age!!! The units are spacious and priced fairly reasonably in the current market! 😃🙌💰💚 There is 24-hour contactless access, he provides a lock and key, and there are lights along the sides of every row of units, as well as surveillance cameras for added security and peace of mind. I am also fairly certain either Jason himself or possibly a staff member checks the lot almost daily (if not just daily) to make sure everything is clean, maintained, and secure, as he has texted me a few times over the time I’ve rented from him about my unit’s lock not being fully secured after I have been down there to either store or retrieve something from my unit. I have never had any issues with anyone trying to break into my unit and steal things or anything like that either! 😮‍💨👏👏👏 There are also a bunch of wood pallets stacked near the rear-most building that are available for renters to use if you ever need them! 😁👍💯📦 Sometimes in the spring when the snow melts or when we have a particularly bad rain storm, the first maybe 1-2 feet of the floor inside my unit gets a little wet, but there has never been any leaks from the ceiling of my unit, and the pallets thay are available can be used to prevent any items kept near the front from being damaged by the water that can seep under the door during those instances. I have also never had any issues with bugs or pests of any kind in the 5+ years I’ve rented my unit! 💧🪳🚫🎉🎉🎉 All in all, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, safe, secure storage unit in Erie, PA, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check out West Ridge Self Storage and give Jason Spada a call/text!!! 😃👍💯💯💯💯💯 11.5/10 stars!
